Rights and takedowns

DMCA Policy

GameLootBox responds to copyright notices covering page content, branding assets, and embedded room listings.

If you believe material on GameLootBox infringes your copyright, send a written notice with the information below. We review good-faith takedown requests and may remove or disable access to affected pages while a claim is being evaluated.

1. Where to send notices

Send copyright notices to rights@gamelootbox.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the affected page, asset, or room listing quickly.

2. What to include in a takedown notice

Your notice should include your name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material on GameLootBox, a good-faith statement, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

3. How GameLootBox may respond

After review, GameLootBox may remove a page, disable a room listing, revise editorial text, or request more information before taking action. We may also forward a complaint to the relevant service provider if the material is supplied by a third-party source.

4. Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. A valid counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe it was removed in error, include your contact details, and include any statements required by applicable law.

5. Repeat complaints and bad-faith notices

GameLootBox reserves the right to reject incomplete notices, request clarification, or limit access for parties that repeatedly submit abusive, fraudulent, or clearly bad-faith complaints.

6. Third-party games and embeds

Some pages on GameLootBox reference or embed games supplied by third parties. A notice aimed at a third-party game source may still be reviewed here for listing removal, but rights holders may also need to contact the underlying game publisher or host directly.
